Sailing Education Adventures (SEA) is the Bay Area’s volunteer community sailing program dedicated to providing affordable instruction in the art of sailing.

All SEA courses are ASA certified.

Our boats are located in Basin 4 at Clipper Yacht Harbor, Sausalito.

SEA Activities:

Adult Sailing

SEA offers a variety of classes for all levels of adult sailors, from beginners to those ready to skipper their own boat, as well as those who want to race.

Special Classes and Workshops

Sail Camp

We run week-long classes for kids throughout the summer, teaching them the fundamentals of sailing and giving them opportunities to practice their skills on the Bay.

Member Sails

Members have opportunities to sail frequently and for free on our Capris and Santanas and on our members' private boats.

Special Events

We have regular social and educational events including the SEA-food BBQ, our annual holiday party, and tours of the Marine Mammal Center and the Bay Model.
