Youth learn to sail and engage in marine science experiments and talk plankton to better understand marine systems and our relationship with the marine environment! Taught by US Sailing certified SEA instructors with a science background.
One of the days during the week, youth will join scientists aboard a sailing vessel to conduct a plankton pull and learn about one of the most abundant animals in the world and why they are important in our San Francisco Bay. Location: Loch Lomond Marina 110 Loch Lomond Dr, Dock A behind the new Andy's grocery store being built and next to Loch Lomond Yacht Club
