Full Sturgeon Moon Sail Print E-mail

Sailing out on the bay by moonlight was phenomenally beautiful!  First we sailed over to have a look at the fancy russian yacht moored in Sausalito, where we also found the wind had died completely.  But we found the wind again once we headed towards and under the bay bridge, sailing anti-clockwise around Treasure Island and finally back to the Marina.  We practiced navigating by the sound buoys and  The sturgeon moon was of course gorgeous, and the weather was unseasonably warm!
The Summer Solstice crew was: John Paul, Siggy, Rebecca, Michael and Sallie.
