SEA, a non-profit community boating organization, is offering adult sailing lessons off Dock A at the Loch Lomond Marina in San Rafael. Class size is limited to 6 students per class.
Intro to Sailing is broken into 3 modules to accommodate students experience and schedules. If you are not able to attend each module of a session back to back, you may contact our office to complete a module from another session.
Module 1 will be taught on the docks and teaches parts of the boat, wind direction, sail trim, tacking, gybing and rules of the road.
Modules 2 and 3 will be taught on the water using SEA’s 16.5’ Catalina keelboats. Students will learn docking techniques, currents, tides and experience sailing in order to perfect knowledge of sail trim, tacking, gybing and wind direction.
Location: Loch Lomond Marina

Times: 10:00am - 4:00pm
